Terms & Disclaimers
ZipHype is an interface for viewing public ZipCoin activity and interacting with supported blockchain features. Using blockchain software involves real technical and financial risks, so please use ZipHype carefully and review wallet prompts before approving them.
ZipHype is an interface
ZipHype provides software for reading public blockchain-related data, organizing that data in a social interface, and preparing supported transactions for your wallet to approve. ZipHype is not your wallet, does not hold your private keys, and does not take custody of your crypto assets.
You control your wallet
You are responsible for your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, connected accounts, vault password, device security, and transaction approvals. Never approve a wallet prompt you do not understand.
ZipHype cannot recover a lost wallet, reverse a wallet approval, or restore access to assets controlled by credentials you lose.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible
Posts, ZipCoin burns, Hype actions, approvals, and other blockchain transactions can become public and generally cannot be changed or undone after confirmation. Hiding content in ZipHype only changes your own interface; it does not remove data from Ethereum, ZipCoin, indexers, explorers, archives, or other services.
ZipCoin and other token risks
Burning, transferring, approving, or otherwise using tokens can involve permanent loss of tokens and network fees. Token prices, liquidity, utility, smart contracts, networks, and third-party services can change or fail.
ZipHype does not guarantee the value, availability, liquidity, legality, security, or future usefulness of ZipCoin or any other token, contract, or blockchain service.
No financial or investment advice
Information shown in ZipHype, including posts, trends, burn amounts, Hype counts, wallet activity, and token-related information, is for informational and interface purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and ZipHype does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, burn, or otherwise use any token.
Public posts and user content
You are responsible for content and transactions you choose to publish. Do not use ZipHype to publish or facilitate content or activity that is unlawful or that violates rights you do not have permission to use.
Public blockchain content may remain accessible outside ZipHype even if ZipHype later hides it, stops displaying it, changes its interface, or becomes unavailable.
Third-party services
ZipHype depends on or links to independent services such as wallet software, Ethereum networks and RPC providers, ZipCoin infrastructure, ENS, smart contracts, hosting providers, and blockchain explorers such as Etherscan. ZipHype does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, fees, terms, or data practices.
Availability and changes
ZipHype may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service may experience bugs, outages, stale data, network congestion, RPC failures, indexer failures, smart-contract issues, browser incompatibilities, or other interruptions.
ZipHype does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or permanently available service.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZipHype is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for deciding whether ZipHype is appropriate for your use and for verifying important information before acting on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZipHype and its creators are not responsible for losses arising from blockchain transactions, token value changes, wallet compromise, lost keys or passwords, smart-contract behavior, third-party services, outages, inaccurate or delayed public data, or content published by users.
Nothing on this page limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as ZipHype evolves. The version published on ZipHype is the current version. Continued use after an update means you are using ZipHype under the updated terms.
